- RPT Bench. Stick on all sets.
Dips - Triceps Version +150 pts
- 6 reps || weighted || 40 lb (+51 pts)
- 7 reps || weighted || 25 lb (+49 pts)
- 8 reps || weighted || 15 lb (+50 pts)
- RPT Weighted Dips. Move up on top set. Stick on last two.
