- 60 lb x 5 reps (+54 pts)
- 75 lb x 3 reps (+48 pts)
- 90 lb x 2 reps (+45 pts)
- 110 lb x 5 reps (+76 pts)
- 105 lb x 5 reps (+74 pts)
- 105 lb x 7 reps (+82 pts)
- My version of microloading. Increase weight one set at a time, drop to previous work set weight, then AMRAP on last set. Next time shooting for 110 2x5, 105 1x5+
Chin-Up +120 pts
- 6 reps || weighted || 30 lb (+60 pts)

- Felt okay. Needed my tape for better grip.
Barbell Deadlift +574 pts

- Grip kinda crapped out on me right near the end of the work set. Need to not forget my tape!
