Seeing as my weight has started to stagnate a bit…
I’ve decided to recalculate my LG numbers and run with them for a few weeks and see if it makes an effect. I may have been eating nearer to maintenance than originally estimated. Going to try a ‘Sedentary’ multiplier with 200-210g daily protein take and balance out the carbs/fat appropriately depending on the day.
Unfortunately, this will be interrupted with a trip home for 10 days where I’ll have less control over my food. I think I can still make it work… If not, I can just start it when I’m back.
New eating numbers will look something like this:
Sedentary (-35%/+10%) 25y/o, 177lbs
Training Day: 2350 [75/25 C/F split] (210/283/42 P/C/F)
Rest Day: 1400 [50/50 C/F split] (210/69/30 P/C/F)
This might still need some tweaking but, this is what I came up with for now.
