  • Standing Barbell Shoulder Press (OHP) +475 pts

    • 45 lb x 5 reps (+49 pts)
    • 45 lb x 5 reps (+49 pts)
    • 60 lb x 5 reps (+54 pts)
    • 75 lb x 3 reps (+48 pts)
    • 90 lb x 2 reps (+45 pts)
    • 110 lb x 5 reps (+76 pts)
    • 110 lb x 5 reps (+76 pts)
    • 105 lb x 6 reps (+78 pts)
    • Continued microload. Felt good today. Got two 110 x5 sets up well and cranked out 6. Next will be 110 2x5 1x5+ before moving to 115.
  • Chin-Up +103 pts

    • 3 reps || weighted || 35 lb (+26 pts)
    • 3 reps || weighted || 35 lb (+26 pts)
    • 5 reps || weighted || 35 lb (+51 pts)
    • First two sets were cut short due to bad grip on the fat chinup bar. Switched to narrow bar and got 5. Need to stick here and try to get reps up to 6+.
  • Barbell Deadlift +558 pts

    • 135 lb x 5 reps (+66 pts)
    • 135 lb x 5 reps (+66 pts)
    • 170 lb x 5 reps (+83 pts)
    • 205 lb x 3 reps (+85 pts)
    • 245 lb x 2 reps (+93 pts)
    • 285 lb x 4 reps (+165 pts)
    • Could only get up 4 on 285. Possibly due to fasted state lifting today. Will repeat weight again.
